The Miss Anne III is a 42' Pearson center cockpit ketch. She has been newly outfitted and delivered in June, 2003. Well appointed, roomy and comfortable, whether you want to lay on the deck and get a tan, or go below for a frosty beverage in the comfort of the salon, you'll enjoy your stay in the Charleston area all the more with an adventure aboard the Miss Anne III!

From West Ashley:

1. From Sam Rittenburg (Route 7) go over the Cosgrove bridge.

2. Go through two lights.

3. At the third light take a right onto Spruill Ave.

4. Go through 2 lights.

5. Take a left at the next light (Viaduct Rd.); you will have a circle A convenience store on your right.

6. Bear right at the "Federal Complex" sign which leads to Bainbridge Rd.

7. Take a left onto Bainbridge Rd.

8. Go straight, stay in right hand lane. At stop sign go straight, you do not have to be checked at this check point. Follow the new pavement to the end and take a right.

9. Pull all the way into the parking lot to SOUTH DOCK. We are on "A" dock which is all the way to the right in slip #A-15,near the end on the right, Miss Anne III

From I 26 West: Downtown, 15-20 minute drive.

1. Take exit 218

2. Take a left onto Spruill Ave.

3. Take a right at the light onto Viaduct Rd. across from the Circle A convenience store, follow directions 6-8 above.
